• Payment information: handled by our payment gateway partner. We receive a transaction reference, amount and status, but never your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Website data: basic technical data such as browser, device and pages visited, through cookies or analytics tools.

• To schedule and deliver sessions and programs, and send meeting links and reminders.
• To process payments, refunds and invoices.
• To answer questions and provide support.
• To improve our services and website.
• To send updates about our services, only with your consent. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with our payment gateway partner (to process payments and refunds), trusted service providers who help run our business (such as video-call, email, scheduling or hosting tools) under confidentiality obligations, and authorities where required by law or to protect someone from serious harm.

Everything you share in a session is treated as confidential. Sessions are not recorded without your written consent.
