1. About these terms

This website is operated by Prashant Gopalkrishna Pillai, proprietor of Bodh ~ School of Life ("we", "us", "our"), F-205, Suprabh Apartment, Sonal Cinema Road, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051, India. By using this website or booking any session or program, you ("you", "client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.

2. Our services

We provide one-on-one Relationship Mentoring sessions and programs, delivered online by video call. Current services and prices:

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change from time to time. The price shown at the time you pay applies to your booking.

3. Not therapy or medical treatment

Our services are mentoring for personal growth and practical life skills. They are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric, psychological, medical or legal services, and we do not diagnose or treat any condition. Prashant Pillai is a mentor, not a psychologist. If you are in crisis, at risk of harm, or need medical or mental-health care, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency helpline immediately. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4. No guaranteed results

Every relationship is different. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including whether a relationship continues, ends, or changes in any particular way. Past outcomes and testimonials are individual experiences, not promises.

5. Bookings and payments

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Program fees are payable in full before the first program session, unless an instalment plan is agreed in writing.
• Program sessions must be used within the program period (3 months for Relationship Reconnect; 12 months for the Extended Journey), unless extended in writing.

6. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed sessions

Sessions are held at a time agreed in advance. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without 24 hours' notice, or joined more than 15 minutes late, may be treated as completed. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking and paying.
• Join sessions from a private place with a stable internet connection.
• Treat sessions respectfully. We may end a program, with a pro-rata refund of unused sessions, if a client is abusive or misuses the service.
• Do not record sessions without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect you or someone else from serious harm. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Website content and session materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, sold or shared without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a session.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
