Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Bodh ~ School of Life provides services only, delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

2. How services are delivered

• All sessions are delivered online as one-on-one video calls (Google Meet or Zoom).
• After successful payment you receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours (usually much sooner) by WhatsApp and/or email, with your session date and time.
• The video-call link is shared by WhatsApp and/or email before the session.
• Discovery and single sessions are normally scheduled within 7 working days of payment, subject to availability.
• For programs, the session schedule is agreed with you at enrolment.
• Any worksheets or materials are shared digitally (PDF, link or message).

3. If you don't receive your confirmation

If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of payment, contact us at contact@bodhishankara.com or +91 91733 44283 with your transaction ID and we will resolve it promptly.
