Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for services offered by Bodh ~ School of Life (proprietor Prashant Gopalkrishna Pillai). Because sessions are time slots reserved for you, refunds depend on when you cancel.

2. 1:1 Discovery Session (₹99)

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the session: full refund, or free rescheduling.
• Cancel within 24 hours, or miss the session without notice: no refund, though one reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
• Once the session has been held, the fee is non-refundable.

3. Single Mentoring Session (₹3,000 / ₹7,500)

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the session: full refund, or free rescheduling.
• Cancel within 24 hours, or miss the session without notice: the session is treated as completed and is non-refundable.

4. Relationship Reconnect (₹25,000) and Extended Journey (₹65,000)

• Cancel before your first program session: full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancel after the program has started: we refund the fee for unused sessions on a pro-rata basis, after deducting sessions already held.
• Sessions not used within the program period lapse and are not refundable.

5. If we cancel

If we need to cancel or cannot deliver a booked session, you can choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

6. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, we refund the extra or failed amount in full once verified.

7. How to request

Email contact@bodhishankara.com or WhatsApp +91 91733 44283 with your name, the service booked, the payment date and the transaction ID. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days.

8. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval and credited to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
